You can rent our rooms for various events such as: workshops, conferences, trainings and much more!
We offer two big rooms: Savoy (200 m2) and Alhambra (115 m2), as well as a smaller training room, Smalls Paradise (50 m2).
Our studio is also equipped with a cozy Cafe and a shower area.
You can rent our studio for everything from birthday parties, weddings, family gatherings and company events. Contact us to get an offer based on your needs! Our studio can fit up to 150 guests in total, with equipment for up to 100 sitting guests.
When you rent our studio, you can get access to the following rooms:
• Two big rooms: Savoy (200 m2) and Alhambra (115 m2)
• Small training room Smalls Paradise (26 m2) which can be used e.g. as a cloakroom
• Cafe area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven etc)
You will also get access to the following equipment:
• Professional sound systems in all rooms, with the possibility of connecting a microphone
• Effective ventilation and air conditioning system
• Tables and chairs for 100 seated guests, as well as 10 high tables for reception (plus a possibility of renting tablecloths for the tables)
• Water, wine and champagne glasses, plates, cutlery etc. for 100 seated guests
• Clothes racks for up to 150 jackets
• Party rental Friday or Saturday, including cleaning: from 9.000kr
• Weekend rental during the day (until 17.00): from 350kr/hour
You can also order other services for your event from us, such as:
• Dance show
• Dance show + intro class for your guests
• DJing (swing or modern music)
Savoy (200 m2) or Alhambra (115m2) fit best for events, where you need a lot of space.
Smalls Paradise (50m2) is a great choice for small trainings, private classes etc.
Prices
Savoy: 600 kr/hour
Alhambra: 450 kr/hour
Smalls Paradise: 250 kr/hour
All three rooms are equipped with:
Ventilation
Savoy and Alhambra rooms have a professional ventilation system (Savoy has also airconditioning).
Smalls Paradise room will get a ventilation system installed in the fall 2024. There are 4 windows in the room that can be used to air it.
Tap floor in Smalls Paradise
Please note, that The Smalls Paradise room is primarily used by tap dancers and has a special tap floor. This means the floor is covered by a thin layer of zink dust, which makes it unfit for dancing barefoot.
To book one of our rooms, please contact us by writing an email to info@happyfeetstudio.dk – we will check if the room is available at that time, and write back to you.
Payment
– We send you an invoice with payment information directly after we have confirmed that we can book the room for you.
– The invoice must be be paid no later than 4 weeks before your boking or as soon as possible for bookings at short notice.
Bookings on Fridays after 5:00 PM and on Saturdays after 5:00 PM:
We have partnered up with D-Palace Club who primarily uses the studio on Friday and Saturday evenings. However, they are very interested in renting out the big room (Savoy room) on those evenings. You can contact the owner of the club, Doris Böll directly on Bolldoris9@gmail.com to receive a rental offer based on your needs.
